  • All taxes etc as applicable at the time of signing the service contracts are extra and are payable by the clients.

  • Rooms retained on a Monthly basis are available to the organization on IMMEDIATE basis where as rooms retained on a Fortnightly / Weekly basis will be subject to a 48 Hour Notice.

  • All rooms are with complimentary breakfast Meals etc are available on request at extra costs. Assistance for local sight seeing etc is available on cost basis and needs to be identified at least 24 Hrs in advance if required.

Your choice of meals may be communicated to the kitchen and we will be appreciating that the order given at least 3 hrs in advance. A 10% service charges is levied on the gross amount of your stay charges, as such no tips are to be paid & tips are forbidden.

  • No Alcohol beverage are offered or served.

  • Kindly Switch on the geyser ½ hrs. before use.

  • Pls switch off all lights and heaters before living the room an d when not required.
